You have several options for assistance.
1. Click on the blue Help button, located in the bottom right corner of your screen.
2. You'll see a search box.
3. Type your question in the search box and hit Enter on your keyboard. A list of Help Desk articles that are related to your question will appear.
4. The articles contain information and step-by-step instructions. You can also click on Live chat if you would like to connect with one of our agents.
5. If it's after our regular business hours, you'll see the option to leave a message, instead of the Live chat option.
If you leave us a message, one of our agents will get back to you promptly, once our office reopens. You're welcome to leave a detailed message, so that we can of the most help when we reach you.
