Making it easy for potential clients to contact you through your Find a Lawyer profile is a great way to grow your business.
From your business card in the lawyer search results list (shown below) or your profile detail, a potential client can click the Contact button to quickly and easily send you details about their case using our contact request form.
Once submitted, the contact request is sent to your email address even if you have chosen to not display your email address on your profile.
These emails are sent from support@reliaguide.com so please be on the lookout for emails originating from this address.
What can potential clients share via the contact request form?
Potential clients can enter their contact information, a short description of their legal issue, and the identity of the parties involved. The description field has a limited character length to prevent the potential client from sharing too much personal information and to protect you from any conflicts of interest prior to formally entering into an attorney-client relationship.
What information do I receive from a potential client contact request?
When a potential client establishes contact, you will receive an email with their contact information, issue, and opposing party. A sample email is shown below.
